Serving it to end users of a deployed application needs a key. Each published version converts to the MIT licence on its Change Date, so nothing you install can be taken away. Every tier gets the whole library, they differ only in how many projects one key covers.

Serving Tour Kit to end users of a deployed application needs a one-time licence key: $9.99 for one project, $49.00 for five, $299.00 for unlimited. No subscription, no per-seat fee, no upgrade fee.
No. Every tier is a one-time purchase, you pay once and the key activates the version you bought, forever. On top of that, each published version converts to the MIT licence on its Change Date, so the code you shipped cannot be taken away from you.
It depends on the tier: Starter covers one production project, Business covers five, and Premium is unlimited. Localhost, preview environments, and staging URLs are unrestricted on every tier. Each production activation is permanent, there is no monthly check-in or auto-deactivation.
Checkout runs through Polar.sh as the merchant of record. They accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link, and they calculate and remit VAT/sales tax automatically based on your billing country. Receipts and license keys arrive by email within minutes.
Three structural answers. (1) BSL 1.1 lets you copy, modify and redistribute the source today, you can fork the version you have and keep building on it. (2) The licence is perpetual, so the version you bought keeps working with no kill switch. (3) Each published version converts to the MIT licence on its Change Date, on a schedule stated in the licence file, so the code you shipped becomes fully permissive whatever happens to us. Yes. Polar.sh handles a 14-day no-questions-asked refund window from the purchase date. Refunds revoke the license key. After 14 days, refunds are case-by-case for genuine defects we can't fix in a reasonable window.

What you're actually buying

- A non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial licence to use every Tour Kit package in production, on the number of projects your tier covers. A project is a registrable domain, so
foo.comandapp.foo.comcount once. Includes all future updates. Development, evaluation, testing and CI stay free under BSL 1.1 whether you buy or not, and each published version converts to the MIT licence on its Change Date. - 14-day refund
- If Tour Kit doesn't fit your stack within 14 days of purchase, email [email protected] from your purchase address with your order ID. Refunds are processed by Polar in 5–10 business days.
- Fulfillment
- Checkout runs on Polar.sh, which acts as merchant of record. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link are accepted. VAT and sales tax are calculated and remitted to your tax authority automatically. Your license key is delivered to your billing email within a few minutes of payment.
- Activation & reassignment
- Add the license key as an environment variable. The first production page load on each domain consumes one of five activation slots automatically, no manual claim step. Domains can be deactivated and reassigned at any time from your account portal.
- No subscription, no auto-charge
- Pro is a one-time purchase. There is no recurring billing, no per-seat charge, and no future upgrade fee for the eight packages covered by the license.
